Amanda & Heather – featured in Rebel Girls

Rebel Girls recently published a book titled “Animal Allies – 25 tales of women working with wildlife” featuring our director, Prof. Amanda Vincent, and co-founder, Prof. Heather Koldewey. The book highlights women’s incredible efforts to protect species of all shapes and sizes, and inspire young girls to do the same.

Their inclusion in the book is a testament to their significant contributions to wildlife and marine conservation, which have been recognized globally and solidify their impact in the field even further.

The book showcases real-life examples of women making a difference in the world of conservation, inspiring young girls to take action, and reminding them that age or gender is not a barrier to making a difference.
